- 1 tbsp.Butter
- 1 tbsOil
- 1/2 tsp.Chaat Masala
- 1/4 tsp.Black Sessme Seeds
- Coriander to garnish
- Serve with ketchup and MintCoriander Chutney
Instructions to make to make Dhokla Burger
- Wash and soak dal for 5-6hrs.
Grind in thick consistancy with curd and leave it for 5-6hrs. To ferment.


- For Filling:-Heat oil in a pan.Saute all chopped garlic chopped spring onion white part and all chopped vegetables on fast flame.Add chilli flex oragano black pepper ketchup chaat masala.Lastly add salt.Saute Properly.Turn off flame.Add cheese spread and mayonese.Mix well.


- For Dhokla :-Take a batter and beat with fingers.Add chaat masala salt Ginger chilli paste and turmeric powder. Beat well.Lastly add eno pouch and 1tsp.hot water.



- Grease oil in a plate transfer batter in a plate and steam for 10-12min. Take out and cut in a round shape.

- Heat grill pan and spread butter and black sessme seeds.Grill all round shape dhokla.And take in a plate.
- Spread Mint coriander Chutney on one side dhokla and fill Vegetables mixture.Apply Myonese and cheese spread on other dhokla and cover it.
