- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 2 green chillies chopped
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbspn finely chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp. peas
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper chopped
- 1/4 cup orange bell pepper chopped
- 1/4 cup yellow bell pepper chopped
- 2 tbsp. coriander leaves chopped
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 tsp haldi powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Amchur powder
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 tbsp thin sev
Steps to make to make Tawa Masala Burger
- In a pan/Tawa add 1 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp butter. After melting add finely chopped garlic, green chillies and grated ginger. Saute for 30 sec.
- Now add finely chopped onion and fry untill translucent.Then add chopped Tomato and cook for 1 min.
- Then add all the chopped veggies one by one. Red bell pepper,yellow and orange bell pepper followed by green peas. Cook them for 2 mins.
- Now add all spices. Salt, garam masala, Amchur powder, red chilli powder, haldi powder, coriander powder, pav bhaji masala, cumin powder one by one. And cook untill oil seperates.You can add 2 tbsp of water to avoid burn of spices.
- When masala cooked properly then add finely chopped coriander leaves.Give it a final mix.
- Now in the same pan keep the masala at one side and on the other side add 1 tsp butter and put pav/burger there to roast well.
- After roast well spread the masala on the burger/pav and fold it gently.
- Repeat the same process with others too.When it's done, take it out.
- Serve hot with some thin sev.Enjoy with a cup of Tea/Coffee.
